P-MSC are multi-potent mesenchymal stem cells derived from the placenta, with strong self-renewal capability and multiple differentiation potential. His main functions are immunoregulation, tissue regeneration, inhibition of tissue fibrosis、 scar tissue and wound healing.

Inhibition of TNF secretion and T cell proliferation---- Promotion of IL-10 and IL-4secretion
